Hours of Operation

Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. strives to be available to meet a members needs at all times. Below are the Cooperative's operating hours and availability information.

Office Hours 

Bath Office:  7:30-4:00pm  Monday - Friday

Cherry Creek Office:  7:00-3:30pm  Monday - Friday

For any emergency situations outside of normal business hours, please call the office numbers listed on the "contact us" section of the website and you will be routed to our call center for further assistance.

Payments can be made outside of normal business hours in a variety of ways. Each of the Cooperative’s offices are equipped with night depository boxes. Please see the “contact us” section of this website for each of our office locations. An online payment can be made 24/7 through our SmartHub system. Our SmartHub system allows you to make a payment, view your bill history, chart your electric usage and elect to receive communications through various platforms. A link to SmartHub has been provided on our homepage, simply click on the "Pay Online" icon.
